The Market Size Is Impressive...And Growing Rapidly

  • There are more than 52 million Americans age 50-62.

  • More than 75% of these people say they want to work well into their sixties.

  • This equals 39 million of our fellow Boomers who are searching for a fulfilling way to continue working.

  • The U.S. SBA estimates that around 17% of these people are expressing a serious interest in starting a for-profit or non-profit business.

  • This represents a target market of prospective Boomer entrepreneurs that exceeds 6 million people.

  • AND SOMEONE NEW JOINS THE 50 AND OVER CROWD EVERY 16 SECONDS!

  • According to the Kaufmann Foundation, for the past five years people ages 50-62 have been the fastest growing group of new small business owners in the U.S. In fact, the number of 50+ business owners has increased 29% since 2001!

  • Many of these new 50+ Boomer entrepreneurs are looking for a way to quickly and professionally launch their new businesses and becoming a Certified Virtual Incubator Coach gives you a very profitable way to satisfy their needs.

This Is A Different Kind Of Coaching

In a typical life or business coaching practice, moving your clients to a tangible outcome can sometimes be a bit frustrating.

In contrast, Virtual Incubator coaches work within a very disciplined planning process with their clients.

Each of the twenty-five planning decisions are clearly explained to your client, so that he clearly understands what work is expected of him each week.

This makes each of your sixty minute phone coaching sessions as productive as possible.

You double your productivity in working with your client by acting as liaison with our start-up services network, whose members complete important organizational and marketing tasks in a parallel timeframe to your business planning coaching work.

When a Virtual Incubator client completes our business start-up coaching process, there is tangible evidence of their achievement - for example, they can see a professionally-designed business identity and website; immediately use their QuickBooks program to organize their business; and use their written marketing plan everyday to guide their selling efforts.

Q. What Is My Income Potential As A Virtual Incubator Coach?

A. The hub of your service offering as a Virtual Incubator coasch is the 14-week Business Start-Up Program, which was detailed in the previous question.

We suggest that price a 14-week coaching contract at $7,000 - $9,000 per client, guided by the type of business concept being pursued.

Most service businesses, web selling businesses and consultancies can be launched within the 14 week plannnig time period, and so can be profitably priced at the low end of the dollar range shown above.

Traditional retail and product production businesses, typically require more than 14 weeks to launch, and so we suggest pricing at the top end of the dollar range shown above.

Like every new business, it will take you awhile to grow your new Virtual Incubator coaching business.

We project that a reasonable first year gross income for your Virtual Incubator coaching business is between $21,000 and $35,000. To put this into perspective, working with 8 non-retail coaching clients in the 14-week program requires only 160 hours of your time, or around 16% of a full-time work schedule.

Q. What Training Do I Receive In How To Use The Virtual Incubator Business Start-Up Coaching System?

Your first step in training is to carefully read through the Virtual Incubator Coach's Guide, following along in your copy of The Ultimate Boomer Business Start-Up Guide.

Once you've completed your review of the Coach's Guide, you will join Jeff Williams for four, 60-minute phone review sessions, during which you can ask any questions you have.

So, we send you a copy of our client proposal e-mail message.

We recommend that you commence the client relationship by having the client accept the terms of the coaching agreement sent to them by email, and by sending you the initial payment of 1/2 of the contracted coaching fee.

Q. How Will I Differentiate My Virtual Incubator Coaching Business From Competitors?

A. First of all, we don't know of any other business start-up coaching or training program that offers the "wrap-around" approach of the Virtual Incubator Business Start-Up Coaching System, i.e. the combination of skilled coaching, systematic business plan creation and start-up services.

There are a number of online sites that offer an assortment of start-up services, but the client can't work with a human coach. And there are many, many business coaches, but they don't have access to our proven business planning system nor have they taken the time to put together the service providers team offered through the Virtual Incubator Network.

Secondly, Virtual Incubator coaches are age peers to their 50+ clients - they understand very well the life situation the client is in, his objectives at this point in life and how the corporate work experience has taken a toll on the client. The Virtual Incubator coach offers a "been there, done that" in parallel with his client.

Thirdly, each Virtual Incubator coach has access to our living business management laboratory that is continually seeking to increase the success of our clients through new and improved management techniques.

Fourthly, the Virtual Incubator business start-up coacing system has been proven through use by more than 4,000 users over 20 years with individuals starting from all kinds of points: laid off; forced retirement; voluntary retirement; return to the workforce; disabled, etc.
